How long does a typical website take to build?

Timelines depend on scope. Starter websites usually take 2-3 weeks, while business and e-commerce sites may take 4-6 weeks.

Do you offer maintenance?

Yes. We offer maintenance plans that cover updates, backups, monitoring and improvements.

Can I start with a consultation only?

Yes, and it is often a good place to start. Consultations are usually scheduled for 1 hour, but shorter or longer sessions are available.

Is pricing fixed?

Listed prices are starting ranges. Final pricing is based on project requirements and features.

Can I start small and upgrade later?

Yes. You can begin with a starter website or a consultation and expand into a larger business website over time. Features, pages, and maintenance can be added as needs grow.

Will I be able to manage my website on my own?

Yes. All websites are built with ease of use in mind, and you will receive guidance on managing content, products, or updates depending on your setup.

Are initial project payments refundable?

Typically no. Work usually starts on the same business day or the next business day as the initial payment. If we haven't begun working at the time of the request, we will issue a full refund, otherwise the payment is non-refundable.

How are payments structured throughout a project?

Projects are typically divided into milestones such as planning, design, development, and launch. Payments are invoiced as each milestone is completed and approved.

Can I cancel my project after it has started?

Yes. You may cancel at any time. If a milestone has already been completed and approved, payment for that stage is still required. Any unfinished work beyond that point will not be billed.

How are deliverables provided?

All deliverables are digital and provided electronically via email or secure cloud storage. We do not ship physical goods.

How long does delivery usually take?

Timelines vary depending on project scope, but most projects are completed within 2 to 6 weeks. Clear delivery timelines are outlined during the proposal stage.

Is ongoing support included after delivery?

Ongoing support is not automatically included but can be a dded through a Maintenance Plan or Managed Website Support.

Can I request changes outside the original scope?

Yes. Requests outside the agreed scope are handled through a change order, with updated pricing and timelines provided before proceeding.

Do you offer revisions if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. Reasonable revisions within the original project scope are included at each stage. We encourage open communication to ensure the final result meets expectations.
